I got this for my son as a birthday surprise, and he really enjoyed it. His brother saw it and now he wants one of himself, too. This was a gift for my granddaughter and she loved it! The process was very professional and efficient. It was nice to have a representative personally contact me by email to see if she could help. She was amazing and even shrunk my picture files for me before sending them to the studio. I was a bit fussy and kept disapproving the proofs, but the studio persevered and listened to my comment. They got it right!!
